The lecturers in the course are both professors, coming from various Dutch universities and ex perts who have gained experience in the field of integration through their professional connections with the European communities, Benelux, O.E.C.D. etc. During the first term introductory tutorials and lectures will be given as general problems of integration. The second terms con sists of lectures, seminars and conferences on specific problems, individual research and study trips to European instiutions in Brussels, Stras bourg and Geneva. The course is divided into two terms — the first term extends from 7th September, 1971 to 19th November, 1971 and the second term from 23rd November, 1971 to 10th May, 1972. There are different sections in Law; Economics and in Political Science. The fee for the course is 1,280 Dutch Guilders — approximately £150. In addi tion, the sum of 600 Guilders (i.e. £75) per month would be required for accommadtion expenses. The meeting was originally to have been addressed by the Taoiseach, Mr. Lynch, but Mr. O'Malley had conveyed the Taoiseach's apologies, and said he had to go to the U.S. earlier than he had intended. INTERNATIONAL COURSE OF EUROPEAN INTEGRATION - 1971/1972 This course, organised by the "Europa Instituut" of the University of Amsterdam in close co-oper ation with the Foundation, will be held for the sixth consecutive time from 7th September, 1971 to 10th May, 1972. Participation is open to young graduates in law, economics and political science. The language of instruction is English. The present course has 30 participants coming from 15 different countries.
