SOLICITORS ACT, 1954 (APPREN TICES’ FEES) REGULATIONS, 1954- B y the above regulations made b y the Council, the following fees are payable by apprentices and intending apprentices to the Society with effect from the 23rd December, 1954. S ch ed u le . 1. On application for consent of the Society to enter into indentures, £ 12 . 2. On application to attend a first examination in Irish, £z 2s. 3. On each application to attend any first examination in Irish after the first, £1 is. 4. On each application to attend any Preliminary Examination after the first, £z 2s. 5. On application for entry lay the registrar of indentures of apprenticeship, other than sup plemental indentures or a transfer of inden tures, £6%. 6. On application to attend the Intermediate Examination, £5 5s. 7. On each application to attend any Intermediate Examination after the first, £3 3s. 8. On application to attend the second examina tion in Irish, £$ 3s. 9. On each application to attend any second examination in Irish after the first, £z 2s. 10. On application to attend the Final Examina tion, £iz. 1 1 . On each application to attend any Final Examination after the first, £4 4s. 12. On each application to attend a course of lectures, £8 8s. 13. On application for entry o f a name on the roll of solicitors, £50. 14. On application for permission to give late notice of intention to attend any examination or course of lectures, £z 2s. or such lesser fee as the Society may accept in special circumstances.
