OBITUARY. MR. PATRICK T. LISTON, Solicitor, died upon the 8th July, 1928, at his residence, Rathkeale House, Rathkeale. Mr. Listen served his apprenticeship with the late Mr. Charles McCarthy, Newcastle West, was admitted in Michaelmas Sittings, 1889, and practised at Rathkeale (in partner ship with his son, Mr. Patrick Liston, and Mr. Maurice F. Noonan) under the style of Patrick T. Liston & Co. MR. HENRY J. McCoRMiCK, Solicitor, died upon the 10th July, 1928, at his residence, " The Turret," Cowper Gardens, Dublin. Mr. McCormick served his apprenticeship with the late Mr. Richard Pope Froste, Dublin, was admitted in Michaelmas Sittings, 1901, and practised at 37 Molesworth Street, Dublin, latterly in partnership with Mr. John R. Lawson. MR. HENRY M. P. HARE, Solicitor, died upon the 10th July, 1928, at his residence, Clarmallagh, Foxrock, Co. Dublin. Mr. Hare served his apprenticeship with Sir William Fry, 14 Lr. Mount Street, Dublin, was admitted in Trinity Sittings, 1897, and practised at 46 Kildare Street, Dublin, up to 1914, in which year he was appointed an Assistant Solicitor to the Irish Land Com mission. He was appointed Solicitor to the Land Commission in 1917, in room of Mr. William Alexander, resigned. NEW MEMBERS. The following have joined the Society :— Joseph G.
