Circuit Court Draft Rules. The Minister for Justice having complied with the request of the Council, and a sufficient number of copies having been now received, the Council appointed a Special Committee to report upon the rules. Annual Report. The draft Annual Report of the Council was submitted and adopted. JOSEPH J. DUDLEY, Solicitor, died upon the 31st August, 1929, at Mallow. Mr. Dudley served his apprenticeship with the late Mr. Anthony O'Connor, Dublin ; was admitted in Hilary, 1890, and practised at 40 Westmoreland Street, Dublin, under the style of O'Connor and Dudley. MR. FRANCIS S. D. COLQUHOUN, Solicitor, died upon the 9th September, 1929, at Dublin. Mr. Colquhoun served his apprenticeship with the late Mr. Robert O. Longfield, Dublin; was admitted in Trinity Sittings, 1885, and practised at 25 Clare Street, Dublin, as a partner in the firm of Longfield, Kelly and Armstrong. MR. ALBERT J. LEWIS, Solicitor, died upon the 25th September, 1929, at Belfast. Mr. Lewis served his apprenticeship with Messrs. McLean, Boyle and McLean, Belfast ; was admitted in Trinity Sittings, 1885, and practised at 82 Royal Avenue, Belfast. MR. ERNEST KENNEDY, Solicitor, died upon the 29th September, 1929, at his residence, 6 Upper Crescent, Belfast. Mr. Kennedy was admitted in Michaelmas Sittings, 1888, and practised in partnership with his brother, Mr. Louis A. Kennedy, at 7 Donegall Street, Belfast. OBITUARY. MR.

Mr. Campbell served his apprenticeship with the late Mr. W. E. Armstrong, Belfast: was admitted in Michaelmas Sittings, 1878. and practised at 133 Royal Avenue, Belfast, MR. JAMES J. MOORE, Solicitor, died upon the llth October, 1929, at his residence, Lumville House, Edenderry. Mr. Moore served his apprenticeship with Mr. Stephen J. Brown, Naas : was admitted in Hilary Sittings, 1902, and practised at Edenderry. MR. CHARLES L. MCLORINAN, Solicitor, died upon the 15th October, 1929, at Belfast. Mr. McLorinan was admitted in Michaelmas Sittings, 1891, and practised at 14 Donegall Street, Belfast. MR. WILLIAM MC!I.DOWIE, Solicitor, died upon the 30th September, 1929, at Westgate- on-Sea, Kent. ' Mr. Mclldowie served his apprenticeship with his father, the late Mr. George Mclldowie, Belfast ; was admitted in Trinity Sittings, 1885, and practised as a member of the firm of George Mclldowie & Son, at 26 Corn Market. Belfast. Mr. Allured been appointed State Solicitor for Leix, in room of Mr. William X. White, appointed County- Registrar. NEW MEMBERS.
