Provides for the establishment of the Criminal Assets Bureau whose objectives will be the identification of criminal assets or suspected criminal assets, the taking of appropriate steps under the holders of such assets of their use or benefit and the doing of the law to deprive preparatory work in relation to any appropriate proceedings.
