Diploma in Legal French

G u i d a n ce can be o b t a i n ed f r om the c a se law on the m e a n i ng of " r e a s o n a b le e x c u s e" in the s i m i l ar UK legislation a nd f r om the criteria in S e c t i on 29 of the 1961 Act (as a m e n d e d) in relation to the r e s t o r a t i on of a d r i v e r 's licence. T h e criteria s p e c i f i ed in S e c t i on 29 are:

The Diploma in Legal French is t a u g ht by n a t i ve F r e n ch l a w y e rs a nd l e c t u r e rs w h o h a ve trained in Ireland a nd F r a n c e. T h e c o u r se is certified by the Paris C h a m b e r of C o m m e r c e.
