Industrial Development Act, 1995 (8 November, 1995) Provides, for the development of industry; extends the powers of Forfds and its agencies; establishes County Enterprise Boards; amends the Industrial Development Acts, 1986 to 1993, and the Shannon Free Airport Development Company Limited Acts, 1959 to 1991. Irish Medicines Board Act, 1995 (15 November, 1995) Establishes a statutory body, the Irish Medicines Board, which will replace the National Drugs Advisory Board. The Irish Medicines Board will licence medicinal products, act as the competent authority as provided for in EC Directives relating to medicinal products, grant permission for the conducting of clinical trials, inspect the processing of blood and blood products.
