The individual we are seeking will be an experienced Chartered Secretary or Solicitor, probably aged between 30 and 40, with a wide range of good contacts in legal, financial and stockbroking circles. Strong technical ability, ideally gained in a practice with a corporate clientele, and sound business acumen are essential. Candidates must possess excellent marketing and presentation skills and have the stature and commercial skills necessary to deal at top level with colleagues, clients and regulators. A Senior Consultant is now being recruited to join the in-house secretarial and registration team based in Dublin. The person appointed will be part of a highly skilled team and will have responsibility for providing secretarial and registration services to our clients. This will involve dealing with share and bond registration work including maintenance procedures for Stock Exchange dealings, placings and rights issues, large scale flotations, dual listings and information technology developments. The person appointed will also provide consulting services on high level company secretarial issues and on corporate restructuring schemes
