Finance Act, 1992
Part VII of the Finance Act, 1992 increases and extends the powers of the Revenue Commissioners. It is now obligatory to furnish Third Party Returns for years commencing 6 April, 1992 onwards for payments over £500. Solicitors are warned to retain receipts etc. received since 6 April, 1992 both in respect of their practice and in respect of their clients. Practice Note Correction
Readers are asked to kindly note that there was a typographical error in the Practice Note on the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1990 that was published on Page 71 of the March, 1992 Gazette. The reference to £100,000 in the fifth line should read £100.00.
