The examination of this information will reveal if — (a) a licence was fraudulently granted; (b) a licence was fraudulently obtained; (c) its holder is qualified for all vehicle classes on the licence; etc. It can also be ascertained if a l i cence was endo r s ed in accordance w i th law. Dis- qualification procedures can be explained.
