WHERE THERE'S A WILL THIS IS THE WAY... When a client makes a will in favour of the Society, it would be appreciated if the bequest were stated in the following words: "I devise and bequeath the sum of Pounds to the Irish Cancer Society Limited to be applied by it for any of the charitable objects of the Society, as it, the Society, at its absolute discretion, may decide." All monies received by the Society are expended within the Republic of Ireland.

A meeting will be held at 6.30 p.m. on Monday, 23rd February, 1987, at the Incorporated Law Society, Blackhall Place, to establish the above Association. The meeting will be asked to approve a Constitution for the Association. The aims and objects of the Association are as follows: — (i) To promote and advance the provision of Family Law services in the Community. (ii) To formulate a code of conduct and a set of standards for Family Law practitioners. (iii) To promote and advance law reform, knowledge and understanding of the law. Membership is open to all practising barristers and solicitors. Copies of the proposed Constitution may be
