He has visited many countries and conducted seminars in Manitoba (where he was Visiting Professor) and Amsterdam, and is particularly experienced in training and discussion seminars with groups of professionals experienced in industry and commerce. He has been a regular contributor to the Journal of Business Law, is the author of the book 'Framework and Functions of English Law' and has a consultancy in private international law and international trade.
