The Director of Public Prosecutions, Mr. Eamonn Barnes, on "To Prosecute or Not to Prosecute?". 4. Thursday, 27th February 1986. Dr. Charles Smith, Clinical Director, Eastern Health Board, on "Post Stress Syndrome — Abnormal Illness Behaviour Following Accidents". 5. Thursday, 20th March 1986. The Master of the Rotunda Hospital, Dr. George Henry and Mr. Paul Carney, S.C. on "Rape and Other Sexual Offences". Members are invited to join the Council and the guest speakers for dinner at 6.00 p.m. for 6.30 p.m. on the evening of each lecture.
