• Our client is a leading Irish company which is part of a long established multinational enterprise. This vacancy for a legal adviser is now to be filled. • The appointee will monitor the legal aspects of company decisions and actions and ensure that prompt advice and information is provided as appropriate. • Applicants should be Solicitors with 3/4 years' post-qualification experience in legal practice or a commercial organisation. Wide experience of the law is required, with special emphasis on company, contract and property law. • This challenging and responsible post offers an opportunity to become involved in a wide range of commercial activities as a key professional adviser. Compensation will include large company fringe benefits and salary as indicated.
