Dukes, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2( 1) of the Trustee (Authorised Investments) Act, 1958 (No. 8 of 1958) and having complied with subsections (2) and (3) of that section, hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Trustee (Authorised Investments) Order, 1983. 2. The following investments are hereby added to the investments specified in section 1 of the Trustee Act, 1893, as amended by the Trustee (Authorised Investments) Act, 1958, (No. 8 of 1958), that is to say, investment in interest-bearing deposit accounts with any of the following licensed banks.
