OBITUARY Mr. Francis Armstrong died in the Richmond Hospital, Dub- lin, on 7 December 1973. Mr. Armstrong was admitted in Trinity Term 1928 and practised in Sligo under the joint names of Messrs. Howley & Armstrong, Fenton & Lyons, and Fitzgerald & McCormack in Teeling Street, Sligo. Mr. John Goold died on 29 October 1973. Mr. Goold was admitted in Trinity Term 1934, and practised in Macroom, Co. Cork.

An application has been received from the registered owner mentioned in the schedule hereto for the issue of a land certificate in substitution for the original land certificate issued in respect of the lands specified in the schedule which original land certificate is stated to have been lost or inadvertently destroyed. A new certificate will be issued unless notification is received in the Registry within twenty-eight days from the date of publication of this notice that the original certificate is in existence and is in the custody of some person other than the registered owner.
