'That sounds very fine in theory. What happens in practice? Either deliberately or as a result of error claims are allowed to drift along over the years so that, when they come before the court, the task of doing justice is rendered, if not im possible, at least far more difficult than it should have been. His Lordship stated that he proposed that the papers should be sent to the Law Society. Further more he said — 'I cannot attribute the worsening of the plaintiff's condition during the last five years the depression and irritability to the defendants. It is (he fault of the solicitors.
