retary General U.N.O. has signified his acceptance of an invitation to adress the conference subject to his commitments at that time. GENERAL INFORMATION: 1. Registration fees if received before 1 April 1968 $38.75 or £16.2.6 sterling for each conferee or observer. $28.75 or £12.0.0 sterling for each family guest. Note: A conferee may register members of his family as guests. Late registration fee for registration received after 31 March 1968: £22.7.6 sterling for each conferee or observer. £17.5.0 sterling for each family guest. Registrations will be dated as of receipt of the appropriate fees. A sum is included with the registration fee to cover transport by coach for conferees and guests to and from all social events of the Conference other than the conducted coach trips mentioned at 4 below. 2. An official banquet will be held on 12 July 1968. The number of tickets is limited and if you wish to attend you Should complete the approp riate space on the registration form. The sum of £5 sterling for each person will be payable at the Conference. 3. Registrations after 31 March 1968 will be received but hotel reservations will depend on facilities then available. 4. Registration forms and hotel reservation forms may be obtained on application to the Secretary. The Society has made a block booking of hotel accommodation. Reservations from this accommodation will be allotted to those who return registration forms with hotel reservation forms. Reservations not taken up will be released by the Society on 1st June 1968. 5. Conducted coach trips in the countryside around Dublin have been arranged for conferees and guests. These trips with pre payment of the sum of £1.10.0 sterling per person must be booked in advance as arrangements must be made well in advance with the transport company and the hotels. 6. The Society are reserving sufficient seats in Dublin theatres for an expected attendance of 1200 conferees and guests for the evening of Wednesday, July 10th. Tickets are £1.5.0 sterling each payable in advance. 62
