No. 40 of 1970 Exclude from the provisions of Section 45, Land Act, 1965, the "non-municipal" towns specified in Part II of the First Schedule to the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1963, the boundaries of these towns having already been fixed by the respective planning authorities.
