Hotel and guest house grants A member drew atention to the fact that certain grants are made for hotels and guest houses by Bord Failte Eireann on condition that if the house is sold within three years the grant must be repaid and suggested that this is a matter which might affect the title. While it does not appear that the obligation to repay the grant is anything more than a personal liability of the grantee it was decided that the matter should be investigated and that an appropriate statement should be published in the Gazette in due course. The same position may arise in regard to certain other grants. Leases—adjudication for stamp duty. The President and the Secretary met representa tives of the Revenue Commissioners to suggest
