CLASSIFIED TELEPHONE DIRECTORY Members of the Society have received within the past month or so a circular issued by Golden Pages Classified Telephone Directory, Saint Martin's House, Waterloo Road, Dublin 4, offering free listing in a classified telephone directory under various professions and businesses. This is un doubtedly a convenience both to solicitors and the business community and the Council have advised members that there is no objection to having their names listed in ordinary type. The proprietors offer additional facilities at a charge of £10 per annum including the insertion of the subscriber's name in bold type. In the opinion of the Council members should not have their names listed in bold type in this directory. The inclusion of cer tain names in bold type in a classified directory (as distinct from the ordinary telephone directory) \vould in the opinion of the Council amount to advertising and unfair attraction of business, un less adopted by the whole profession. The needs of the profession and their clients will be ade quately served if all members and firms use the ordinary small type. EUROPEAN INTEGRATION The International Course on European Integra tion organised by the University of Amsterdam in collaboration with the Netherlands Universities Foundation for International Co-Operation will be held from llth September 1969 to 14th May 1970. Participation in the course is open to young graduates in law, economics and political science. During the first term introductory tutorials and lectures on general problems of integration will be held, followed during the second term by lectures, seminars and conferences on special problems, individual research and a study tour of the Euro pean institutions. The course is conducted exclusively in English. The lecturers are both professors from various Dutch universities and experts who have gained experience in the field of integration through their professional connections with European communi ties.
