The following was among the business trans acted : Landlord and Tenant Commission It was decided to send a memorandum to the Department of Justice, suggesting that the Land lord and Tenant Bill should contain a section abolishing the common law rule that a lessee is liable for the lessor's costs, and that the section should contain a provision against contracting out.
