THE Sixth International Conference of the Legal Profession under the auspices of the International Bar Association will be held in Oslo, Norway, July 23-28, 1956, with Den Norske Sakforerforening as Host Organization. The International Bar Association is composed of the national bar associations of forty-eight nations of the world, with approximately four hundred individual members of the legal profession 60

Employment of former solicitor. ON a report from a Committee it was decided to grant an application under section 60 by a solicitor to employ and remunerate in connection with his practice a former solicitor who had been struck off the roll. Permission was given for a period of two years and subject to certain conditions. Bills in the Oireachtas. REPORTS from the Legislation Committee on the following Bills were considered.
