PROCEEDINGS AGAINST SOLICITORS THE Disciplinary Committee made an order on 4th November, 1955, directing that the name of Michael J. K. Dore who practised at Newcastle West, Co. Limerick, shall be struck off the roll. The Disciplinary Committee made an order on I4th November, 1955 directing that the name of Alexander W. Hughes, who practised at 3 Lower Merrion Street, Dublin, shall be struck off the roll. The Disciplinary Committee made an order on 9th December, 1955 directing that the name of Alphonsus John R. Tarrant, who practised at Sligo, shall be struck off the roll. Applications against 3 solicitors were dismissed after an inquiry in each case under Section 16 of the Solicitors' Act, 1954.
