SIGNATURE ON BILL OF COSTS It has been learned that the Circuit Judge in County Meath has recently held that a bill of costs of a solicitor practising under a business name, and signed with the business name only, was not properly subscribed with the hand, of the plaintiff solicitor. It is hoped to publish a full report in next fnonth's issue.
Forms of application for cards are again issued with this edition of the Gazette. Members who want cards for themselves, wives or guests and who have not already applied are asked to do so without delay to facilitate the Society's staff in writing the cards.
