LEGAL PRACTITIONERS' (QUALIFICATION) ACT, 1929.

MR. JOHX H. DUDLEY, Solicitor, died on 24th October, 1942, in Dublin. Mr. Dudley served his apprenticeship with the late Mr. James A. Denning, Dublin, was admitted in Trinity Sittings, 1899, and practised at Nenagh. MR. EDWARD A. MARGETSON, Solicitor, died on 2nd November, 1942, at his residence, Clifton, Shankill, Co. Dublin. Mr. Margetson served his apprenticeship with Mr. Samuel R. C. Hemphill, Dublin, was admitted in Michaelmas Sittings, 1925, and practised as senior member of the firm Margetson and Greene, 18 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin. EXAMINATIONS RESULTS. At the Preliminary Examination, held on the 7th and 8th October, the following passed the Examination and their names are arranged in order of merit :—
