MICHAELMAS SITTINGS LECTURES, 1942. (unior Lectures (which will be held upon Mondays and Thursdays, and will be twelve in number) will begin upon Monday, the 12th October, 1942, at 2.15 p.m. in the .Solicitors' Buildings, Four Courts. Notice of intention to attend and fee of three guineas should be lodged in the Secretary's Office before the 26th September. Senior Lectures (which will be held upon ' Tuesdays and Fridays and will be twelve in number) will begin upon Tuesday, the 13th October, 1942, at 2.15 p.m. in the Solicitors' Buildings, Four Courts. Notice of intention to attend and fee of three guineas should be lodged in the Secretary's Office before the 26th September.

OBITUARY. MR. ALFRED H. EXHAM, Solicitor, died on 19th July, 1942, at his residence, 5 Alta Terrace, Monkstown, Co. Cork. Mr. Exham served his apprenticeship with his father, the late Mr. Thomas Exham, Cork, was admitted in Hilary Sittings, 1885, and practised at South Mall, Cork, as a member of the firm of Thomas Exham & Son.
