COURTS OF JUSTICE—SCRIVENERY OFFICE. Numerous complaints have been received recently by the Council from members of the profession of delay in the delivery of docu ments bespoken from the Scrivenery Office. The Council is taking active steps with a view to having some improvement introduced to remedy the cause of these complaints. The Council requests that members who have recently experienced delay in obtaining copies of documents would send particulars to the Secretary. SOLICITORS' GOLFING SOCIETY. At the Competitions held at the Carlow Golf Links on 4th July, there were thirty- nine entries for the Society's Challenge Cup. The winners were Desmond Early (Carlow), 96—24, 72 ; Walter A.
