THE PRESIDENT, in moving the adoption of the AnnuaPReport of the Council, said :— You have read the Report of the Council for the year, and there are one or two matters. I would like to refer to.

HALF-YEARLY GENERAL MEETING. The Half-yearly General Meeting of the Members of the Society was held in the Offices of the Society, 45 Kildare Street, Dublin, on Monday, the 26th November.
