The Society's Premises. The Council regret that owing to the continued occupation of the Four Courts and the Solicitors' Buildings by a force of armed men the members of the Society are still deprived of the use of the Society's premises. The temporary offices of the Secretary and his Staff are at 33 Molesworth Street, Dublin, where the Council and Committee Meetings are also held. By the courtesy of the Council of the Royal College of Surgeons the Preliminary and Final Examinations of the Society were held in the College last month. The current legal publications and Gazettes can be seen by members at the Secretary's temporary offices. Half-Yearly General Meeting. The Half-yearly General Meeting of the Society was held on Tuesday, 16th May, in the Molesworth Hall, Dublin. Mr. P. J. Brady, President, occupied the chair. The following members were present:— A. Wakely) read the notice convening the meeting, and also the Minutes of the Half-yearly General Meeting held in November last, which latter were confirmed and signed. The President nominated the following members to act as Scrutineers of the ballot for Council to be held on 21st November next:—Mr. E. F. Collins, Mr. M. Dawson, Mr. H. P. Mayne, Mr. F. G. Sharpe and Mr. N. Taylor. Mr. Orr, V.-P., moved, Mr. Dyas, V.-P., seconded, and it was resolved that Mr. W. W. Carruthers, Mr. D. B. Dunne, and Mr. T. A. Ireland be appointed Auditors of the Society's accounts for the year ending 30th April last. PRESIDENT'S ADDRESS.
