The Secretary further submitted the Report of the Scrutineers of the ballot for election of Council for the year ending 26th November, 1914, which stated that the following had been returned unopposed as Provincial Delegates :—Henry Blackall for Minister, Thomas M. Half-Yearly General Meeting. THE Half-yearly General Meeting of the members of the Society was held in the Society's Hall, at the Four Courts, on Wednesday, 26th November.
