R., 135, was rightly decided." Monday, Feb. 15.—Debate—" That State- aided Education should be purely secular." Apprentices desirous of joining the Society should communicate with the Hon. PROFESSOR QUIRKE will deliver lectures to the Senior Class upon Real Property, Equity, and Conveyancing on the following dates in Hilary Sittings, 1909:— January i2th, i5th, igth, 22nd, 26th, 2gth. February 2nd, 5th, gth, i2th, i6th, igth.

Professor Boyd will deliver lectures to the Junior Class in Common Law upon the following dates in Hilary Sittings, 1909 :— January nth, i^-th, i8th, 2ist, *sth, z8th. February ist, 4th, 8th, iith, ie,th, i8th. Lectures to both classes will be delivered at 4 p.m. in the Lecture Theatre of the Society at the Four Courts.
