Solicitors' Benevolent Association., A MEETING of the Directors was held upon December 3rd at the Four Courts, Mr. W. Fry, J.P., in the chair, and fifteen other members attended. The minutes of the last meeting having been read and confirmed, the Secretary reported having received since last meeting the sum of £"l ~js. od., making the total annual subscrip tions received since ist January last ^,494 i is. The Directors then proceeded to consider the various cases for relief, and made grants to twelve applicants, amounting in all to ^92 ios., bringing the amount afforded in relief since the ist of January up to ^663 5J1. od. ; and, after transacting some further routine business, the meeting adjourned. A further meeting of the Directors was held upon December loth at the Four Courts, Mr. W. Fry, J.P., in the chair, and fourteen other members attended. The minutes of the last meeting having been read and confirmed, the Secretary reported having received since last meeting the sum of ^4 4-r., making the total annual subscriptions received since ist January last ,£498 i$s. . The Secretary also reported having received the following donations:— £zb 5^. from Mr. G. H.
